1. Introduction

Continuing Professional Development (referred to as, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning ) provides the Continuing Professional Development Website located at www.continuingprofessionaldevelopment.org and courses.continuingprofessionaldevelopment.org (collectively the “Site”).

These Site Use Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of our Site; by using our Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site.

6. Receiving of Payments

All payments are a transaction between the purchaser and the provider (PayPal). Continuing Professional Development is not responsible for this transaction and any problems or claims are between the purchaser and the provider.

7. Restricted access

Access to certain areas of our Site is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our Site, or indeed our whole Site, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our Site or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.

We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion OR if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of our Site or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.

In addition to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the PRIVACY POLICY (collectively, the “Website Policies”), all subscriptions to the Company’s products and services, are governed by our TERMS OF SERVICE depending on the type of product/service/subscription you are using. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS, together with our PRIVACY POLICY and TERMS OF SERVICE, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our Site, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Site.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
